La Finca is a most charming, original rustic farmhouse, situated in the rural area of El Hornillo and just five minutes from the village of Mijas.

The finca stands in approximately 3 acres of country land with magnificent views of the Mediterranean and surrounding countryside. It has two wonderful terraces well equipped with good quality garden furniture for eating al fresco or taking the sun by the pool.

The layout of the villa is as follows:

From the main entrance is access to a large kitchen/breakfast room beamed, with an open fireplace. It is equipped with a separate washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and pantry area. Also on this level is a very large full bathroom, of a most unusual design with beamed ceilings. There are 2 very comfortable twin bedrooms beautifully furnished.

The lounge has panoramic views of the Mediterranean, with beamed ceilings, an open fireplace and is furnished with antique but very comfortable furniture, from here is also access to the terrace.

There is 1 other full bathroom, also very tastefully furnished. The master bedroom takes up the whole upper floor. It has beamed ceilings with fitted wardrobes and is also well decorated.

The finca is fully alarmed, plenty of bed linen and towels and a maid service is included 1 x 3 hours per week.

This villa is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
