Mijas Costa - Dolores Vázquez has her criminal record erased

Dolores Vázquez, who was found guilty of killing Rocio Wanninkhof, the teenager from Mijas teenager, and who served 17 months in prison as a result, has managed to get the Interior Ministry to destroy her case file.

Dolores Vázquez is still however awaiting compensation from the state for the miscarriage of justice, confirmed when Briton Tony King was found guilty when the Junta de Andalucía ordered a second trial be held.

Vázquez has asked for four million € compensation but so far the Ministry for Justice has only offered her 120,000 €.
