A 3 bedroom Townhouse set on 3 floors, in Las Farolas, La Cala de Mijas

It is in a small complex of 10 houses, with a communal pool, and beautiful views stretching down to the Mediterranean Sea. There is a pleasant, small courtyard entrance at the front of the house.

On entry to the house, you find an air conditioned, spacious, open plan lounge/dinning room, with separate fully equipped kitchen to the left hand side.  Two sets of patio doors lead to spacious balcony, with beautiful views across to the sea, mountains and pool.  There is ample room for the outside furniture.  Enjoy your dinning 'al fresco' on this balcony and take in the stunning views.

All 3 bedrooms are configured with two beds in each room.  Take the stairway up and this leads to a large master bedroom with 'en-suite' facilities and its own sea view balcony.  The house is set on 3 levels, and the other two bedrooms are on the lower level.   The second bedroom has e'-suite' facilities and the 3rd bedroom is serviced by the communal bathroom.  These bedrooms also have their own balcony.

There is also a utility room which houses the washing machine.

Access to the pool is through the pretty and well tended tropical gardens.  Superb views across countryside down to the Mediterranean Sea.

Being close to the Club La Costa resort of Las Farolas, you will find entertainment, bars and restaurants and a mini market within a short walk. 

The local fishing port of La Cala is only a few minutes drive away, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from along with a clean and safe beach, with lifeguards in the summer months. 

The more vibrant resort of Fuengirola is about a 15 minute drive.  Here you will find bars, restaurants and entertainments to suit all tastes.

It is recommended to hire a car.
